Abstract:
21 Etchings
and Poems was a limited edition collaboration between poets and artists
published by Morris Gallery in 1960. This collection consists chiefly of
correspondence to Morris Weisenthal from contributing artists and poets, plus
contracts and some manuscripts and proofs for the project. Correspondents include
Valerie Fletcher, Marianne Moore, Frank O'Hara, Theodore Roethke, Ben Shahn, Karl
Shapiro, Wallace Stevens, Richard Wilbur, William Carlos Williams, and
others.
