include John Berger, British Broadcasting Corporation, Faber and Faber, Maurice Girodias
(Olympia Press), Ian Le Maistre, Penguin Books, Sir Herbert Read, Robin Skelton, Stephen
Spender, and Philip Toynbee, among many others.
