The T. S. (Thomas Stearns) Eliot Literary File consists of 30 photographs, most of
which are images of Eliot. About half were taken during his visit to the University
of Texas at Austin in April, 1958. There are also images of Valerie Fletcher,
Lady
Ottoline Morrell, A. N. Whitehead, and various other people.
Further descriptions of some items may be available in a card catalog in the
repository. This collection forms a part of the Literary File Photography
Collection, which is comprised of photographs and albums withdrawn from the
libraries and/or papers of literary figures, and generally include portraits and
images collected by or of those figures.
