Unpublished photograph album [Weld Album, or, Lewis Carroll Album V] containing photographs by Lewis Carroll (Charles Lutwidge Dodgson) (British, 1832-1898). Formerly belonging to the Weld family it contains 16 mounted albumen prints that date to circa 1857. An inscription in Helmut Gernsheim's hand notes: Formerly belonging to the Weld family. All photographs marked L.C. taken by Lewis Carroll.
