The Foreign Press Service Literary File consists of 89 photographs, many of which are portraits of prominent Italian intellectuals of the first half of the 20th century, including Roberto Bracco, Benedetto Croce, Giovanni Gentile, Luigi Pirandello, Mario Puccini, Pier Maria Rosso di San Secondo, and Margherita Sarfatti. There are also photographs of Benito Mussolini, members of his family, and various other people associated with him, as well as views of his native town, Predappio, Italy.
