Description:

The collection consists of sixty-seven images (P1-P67) pertaining to naturalist Jocelyn Brooke (British, 1908-1966). Most of the subjects are unidentified, but P1 is a portrait of Brooke, and P2 is of Brooke with Anthony Powell. Identified photographers with work in the collection include: Robert F. Barnes (British, circa 1823-1898) (P9); Batchelder & Co. (Australian, active circa 1867-1895) (P15); E. A. Sweetman & Son (British) (P54); William Fisk-Moore (British, born 1882) (P1); Gillman & Co.
