Description:

The collection consists of five photographs by Antonio Beato (Italian-British, 1834-1906) taken in Egypt. Four of the photographs focus on major historical sites, including the Pyramids at Giza, the Sphinx, and the tombs of the Mamlukes outside of Cairo. Print information follows.
