The collection consists of 276 contact prints that were made from glass negatives taken in the 1900s to the 1920s by an unidentified photographer in Dallas, Texas. Subjects include a variety of urban architecture, early automobiles, accidents, airplanes, performers and circus clowns, baseball games, a fair, parades and military activities, and the development of Garwood and Oak Cliff. |
