The New Braunfels, Texas, Collection is comprised of is comprised of 22 prints, panoramas, and copy photographs taken in and around New Braunfels, Texas. The images depict Wurstfest, a celebration of German heritage, civic and church groups, the interior of a hosiery factory, and aerial views of Canyon Dam and Lake. The prints were produced by the Seidel Studio and Camera Shop in New Braunfels, Texas, between 1927 and circa 1970. Also included are two photocopies of manuscript pages, one of which is a family tree of Johann A. Itgelt. |
