Description:

The collection consists of twelve loose plates from the portfolio John Heartfield, 33 Fotomontagen (Dresden: VEB Verlag der Kunst, 1976) by John Heartfield (German photomontagist, draftsman, and typographer, 1891-1968). The plates, all collotypes, measure 48 x 64 cm (18 7/8 x 25 1/4 in) and are accompanied by two sheets of printed titles in Russian, French, Spanish, and English. Plate information follows.
