Description:

The collection consists of one gelatin silver print credited to Black Star photographic agency. The photograph, which dates to the 1940s or 1950s, shows a woman singing in a park (possibly Hyde Park), standing next to a easel that holds a very large songbook. The park is filled with people, some looking at the woman singing. In the background a large crowd is surrounding another performer or speaker.
