Description:

The collection consists of one photographic quilt, entitled Captola’s Family Album (2000:0049:0001), by Rita DeWitt (American, born 1948). The quilt, which dates to 1985, combines Xerox 6500 Color Copier heat transfers on cotton cloth, with hand-applied color and embroidery. Also included are an associated label and fabrics with test stitchery for the quilt's border (2007:0005:0001).
