Description: |
The collection consists of one ambrotype in a Brady frame (993:0061:0001), three daguerreotypes (993:0061:0002-0004), one Kodak camera (993:0061:0005), and a handwritten letter from James H. "Jimmy" Hare to a Captain Bissell, dated March 15th, 1928 (993:0061:0006). The photographs are of Gould family members from the late 19th century. Photocopies of cartes-de-visites from family material and notes on the family’s history are kept with the collections file and are available upon request. Also contains one folder of manuscript materials, mostly correspondence relating to Gould's research on Hare. |
