Description:

Unpublished photograph album containing 84 photographs which include albumen prints, collodion printing-out prints or gelatin silver prints, and several chromolithographs. Subjects include bridges, cityscapes, countryside, trains, waterways, architecture, street scenes, exteriors and interiors of churches, and reproductions of artwork containing religious figures. The photos were taken in Switzerland (Eselwand and Zurich); Milan, Italy; and Spain (Cordoba and Granada). The interior and exterior of The Alhambra in Granada is documented in this album. Photographers represented are E. Beauchy, Brogi Edizioni, Luigi Montabone, T. A. Pozzi, and Gebruder Wehrli AG.
