Photographically illustrated book by by Mrs. Mentor Mott, entitled Stones of Palestine: Notes of a Ramble through the Holy Land (London: Seeley, Jackson, and Halliday, 1865.), containing twelve albumen prints by Francis Bedford (British, 1816-1894). The volume is inscribed by the author to Elizabeth Maria Thompson; inscribed: Mentor Mott; and stamped; Gernsheim Collection; and it contains handwritten notations throughout.
